Nathan had his 15 month appointment today. At first he had good times crawling around the waiting room. As soon as our nurse came out the door, he scowled at her. I swear he remembers she gives the shots. He fussed at getting his head measured, cried while sitting on the scale and freaked out when we tried to measure his height. Good times. When the Doctor came in, it only took Nathan about 10 minutes until he finally gave Dr. Lindgren a smile - of course he also had to bribe Nathan with tongue depressors. Everything is good - his height - 31.5 inches is 55%, his weight - 24 lbs and 15 ounces is 50% and thanks to Daddy, his head is 50 cm - 95%. 3 shots later, little Tater-Bug is all up to date. He was a brave boy. Mommy guilt kicked in, so he got some mini M&M's and a Chevron car. I'm such a sucker.....
P.S. If you like Dr. Suess books and stuffed animals, Kohls has a 'Horton Hears a Who' elephant. He is so soft. They also have the fox from 'A Fox in Sox', Pop from 'Hop on Pop' and the turtle 'Yertle the Turtle'. The stuffed animals and books are only 5.00 and 100% of the money goes to Kohl's Cares for Kids; so it's a good cause too!!

Not a fan of Dr. appointments myself! Poor kid! Baby M&M's will make anyone feel better, right? As long as their not apple flavored! And thanks for the info on the stuffed elephant. My Emily has decided she loves them, and that would be a good thing to get!
